Itinerary

We will spend 6 nights between two camps: Machaba and Gomoti Plains. We love these two sister camps because they are owner run and managed with excellent guides and provide a classic, yet sophisticated and friendly set of lodges in great game viewing areas.

1 – 4 – Machaba in the Khwai Concession

Guests will need to fly into Maun at the start of the trip. There are flights from Cape Town and Johannesburg which both arrive just after midday. Its a short flip by light aircraft into camp and then guests can settle in and set off on a later afternoon game drive.

7 December

The flights will be arranged to Maun in time for afternoon flights to Cape Town or Johannesburg or any other  destination.

What is included

Price includes all meals, accommodation, guiding and activities plus charters in and out of Maun. The town of Maun is the gateway to the Delta and connects with daily international flights from Johannnesburg and Cape Town.
